VisionCatering is installed via Microsoft AppSource, where it is added as an Outlook Add-in. Once the add-in is installed on the company's Office 365 tenant, it becomes available to users directly in their Outlook calendar. The system requires no manual configuration or integration with other systems. It works as soon as the installation and item setup is complete.
As an IT administrator, you can choose to roll out VisionCatering to specific users or groups in the organization via the Office 365 Admin Center. All that is required is that the relevant employees have access to Outlook and a business license for Office 365. There are no complex user rights or need for separate login credentials as VisionCatering automatically uses existing Microsoft accounts for authentication.
VisionCatering is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service solution, which means that updates and improvements happen automatically without the need for manual maintenance from the IT department. The system is designed to be stable and secure, and any technical challenges can be quickly resolved with our dedicated support team.

What are the benefits of VisionCatering?
Plan and deliver meeting catering efficiently to ensure your meetings are always perfectly catered. VisionCatering helps you avoid meetings where you have to get coffee, water, etc. first, but where the meeting can get off to a good start - with the desired meeting catering that creates a good setting for the meeting. Ordering meeting catering is done in Outlook when the meeting is booked in the calendar, and those who need to deliver coffee, water, etc. can see all the day's deliveries on one screen.
Set a limit for costs per order or a specific quantity of a certain item. That way you avoid ordering too little or too much.
Likewise, in Outlook, each employee can easily specify which days they eat in the lunch program so that food is only produced for a pre-agreed number of people - thereby avoiding food waste.
How do I install VisionCatering?
VisionCatering is a standard app for Office 365 that is fully integrated with your existing Outlook, making installation and deployment quick and easy. The IT department or company Office administrator installs VisionCatering once via Microsoft App Source, after which all (opted-in) employees automatically get access to order meeting catering directly in Outlook.
With an easy installation, there is no complex setup, no third-party applications and with full integration into your Office 365 environment, it means less administration and a streamlined process for the deployment and operation of VisionCatering in your organization.
1. Download VisionCatering from Microsoft App Source
Your IT administrator adds VisionCatering to your organization's Microsoft Office 365 environment via Microsoft App Source Business Apps - Microsoft AppSource and signs up for the VisionCatering solution (free) at this link: https://catering.visionpeople.dk
2.Set up your master data
Then the administrator can configure settings, such as which locations, meeting rooms and catering options should be available in each meeting room.
3. User access
In the Office 365 environment, select which (or all) employees should test VisionCatering. The app will then automatically become available to these employees when they create a meeting in Outlook, so they can start ordering catering without further setup. The meeting catering orders will appear on https://catering.visionpeople.dk as meeting catering is ordered from Outlook.
Is VisionCatering safe to use?
VisionCatering is designed with security in mind and complies with all Microsoft standards for enterprise applications. As the solution is directly integrated into Microsoft 365, it follows the same security protocols you already use in your organization, and the website with an overview of today's orders can be run on your own web server.
Data is handled securely and encrypted both during transfer and storage to protect sensitive information. We do not store unnecessary user data and all orders are processed directly in your internal system without being shared with external third parties. The company has full control over who has access to VisionCatering in your own system, and the IT administrator can easily manage the app's rights via the Microsoft administration panel. In addition, single sign-on (SSO) via Microsoft ensures that users don't have to log in with separate accounts, reducing the risk of security breaches. VisionCatering is continuously updated and maintained in accordance with current GDPR requirements and other data protection laws, so you can always be sure that your data is handled properly and in accordance with legislation.

What does VisionCatering cost?
The subscription depends on the company's number of Office users. The price is DKK 10 per Office user for the first 100 users, then DKK 8 per Office user after the first 100 users. If the company has more than 500 Office users, we lower the price per Office user to DKK 6.
If there are only up to 3 employees in the company, VisionCatering is free!
Example:
100 Office users = DKK 1,000/month(100 users * DKK 10)
200 Office users = DKK 1,800/month(100 users * DKK 10 + 100 users * DKK 8)
All prices are subject to a 5% discount when selecting an annual prepaid subscription (and only after a 30-day free trial).

What is VisionCatering?
VisionCatering is an app for Office 365 that is integrated directly into Microsoft Outlook and makes it easy to order meeting catering while booking a meeting in your Outlook calendar.
It works so easily that when you create a meeting in Outlook, you can select and order catering from your company's kitchen/canteen with a single click on the VisionCatering icon. The order is automatically sent to the people in charge and displayed on a screen - and they take care of the delivery.
At the same time, VisionCatering allows employees to opt in and out of the lunch program on specific days, so the kitchen always knows how many people they need to provide lunch for.

Who can use it?
All employees in a company can use VisionCatering as soon as the app is opted in from Office 365. All that is required is that the company's Office Administrator has activated the app via Microsoft AppSource.
As VisionCateringer is integrated into Outlook, you can order catering without creating a user or similar. Since the user is already in the company's Office tenant, there is no need to create a separate account or log into an external system. And when Outlook updates to new versions, the app is automatically compatible with the new version.
